Orchid-94’s management and team believe the quality of any translation is directly related to the quality of work process. This involves efficient work organisation and systematic and continuous monitoring of all activities related to service quality. This is why our agency was among the first in this business to have integrated its Quality Management System and undertaken the ISO 9001 standard certification procedure.

Quality Certificates In addition, Orchid-94 has a certification under the European Standard EN15038:2006 setting requirements to provision of quality translation services. Other certificates proving Agency’s capacity include ISO9001:2006 and ISO9001:2008
LETTERS OF RECOGNITION
Charity Service quality is not the only Orchid-94’s priority; the agency is also a charity activist. Several years in a row we have provided support to children’s institutions and homes for lonely mothers with children such as the homes in the villages Kravino and Opan in the Stara Zagora Province and we are planning to continue that noble mission in the future.
